- We are just 2 people, is it possible to make the tour?

Yes, of course you can make the tour. Couples who would like to experience Tuscany in a very relaxed and friendly athmospere, represent a big portion of our business.

- Will there be anybody else in the car?

No, our tours are private so it will be just you in the car. We never mix groups. We do know that what is important for you can be less interesting for someone else, so we prefer to always keep groups separate and shape the day around you and your preferences.

- Where should we meet each other?

We come and pick you up at your hotel, also in the historical center, we are authorized to reach every place. The suggested time for picking up is 9.00, but of course you can change it in anytime you'd like.

- How long is a full day tour?

We never look at the clock and we DO NOT have strict schedules to follow. We start in the morning and as long as we have daylight and you have batteries, we explore Tuscany! Broadly we can say that we start around 9 a.m. and we finish around 6 p.m.  but of course we can finish earlier if you start feeling tired. We usually have a break for a typical Tuscan Cousine lunch anytime you'll be hungry between noon and 2 p.m. 

- I'll be by myself, can you give me a tour?

It is be possible, the price will not be inexpensive though, as we have fixed costs for the car/gas etc. In this case and ONLY in this case, for people travelling solo we also have a stand by list and if we find for the same day another solo traveler, we put the two of them in contact so they can talk and decide if they want to make the tour together and spending less money per person.

- I'm coming in Tuscany with my mother who is 85, she's a nice person, full of energy but she recently had an hip replacement so she cannot really hike and she may need to rest once in a while during the day. She often needs to take a bathroom stop. Will this be a problem for you?

Absolutely not! We are specialized also in people who are not teenagers any more. We know how full of life and sense of humor they can be (sometimes much more than some younger people); our cars are very comfortable and we will adjust and synchronize our paste to their paste, like we always do.

- We trust your judgment about the places to go, you are the expert, but is it possible to include some destinations that I've been told about and that I really want to visit?

Of course, it's your day and we will do anything possible to see you happy and satisfited at the end of the day, so there's no problem fo us to shape together the Itinerary and include your preferred destinations.

- Can I leave a Credit Card Deposit and would it be refundable in case of cancelation?

Yes, Credit Card deposits are refundable until the day before the tour/transfer. Of course we'd appreciate if you could advise us per time, so we can give the day to other clients who maybe didn't find availability for that day.

- What happens if it rains?

In this case it really much depends on you and the temperature you are used to. We are always available to go, unless the weather is really dangerous, but we also understand that you are spending money for the day and sightseeing all day long under the rain might be disappointing. Sometimes there's a very cold temperature and a heavy rain going on and we have people from Chicago or Toronto who are in shorts and t-shirt saying "Terrible weather?? Come on, don't be ridiculous, let's go, you don't have a clue of what we have in Illinois..". With the same weather instead people from Florida could be with heavy coats freezing all the time. So let's say that we leave it up to you, when we'll meet in the morning we'll discuss together the options that we have and if we can postpone the tour of a day or two. In the worst case we can cancel and no cancelation fee will be applied.

- We booked a transfer from Pisa airport to Siena. If our flight will be late will you be waiting for us?

Yes, we include in our service a 3 hours waiting free of charge. After the three hours, we'll apply a little reasonable extra charge. Of course if you could contact us and advise per time about the big delay (also a txt message on our cell phone number we'll give you at the confirmation of the transfer service), we'd really appreciate and we won't apply any extra charge.
